Having trouble with Customer Service

I am a mom with her daughter getting married, and have had to order several dresses to try for my daughters wedding, which is a task with many parameters.

I am ready to return some dresses, and was 1 month +1 week outside of the return policy on three expensive dresses. I spoke with someone in customer service, after waiting 1 week and 4 days for them to call me back and two phone calls, and they were unwilling to make an exception.

I let them know I understood their inability to help me, and asked for them to please have their manager call me. It has been a week and a half, and I still have had no phone call.

This situation is putting me into a financial bind, and I could really use some help.

I want to return the dress I bought which was not worn. I find it so hard to speak with someone or tried online to find a way of returning it . After so many emails and attempts to call, finally got a hold of someone at customer service and she suppose to call me back to help me with my return but have not heard back. I will never purchase from your site again.

I placed an order and several days later had not received notification that it had shipped. And even though they say they will contact you if there is an issue, they don't.

Even the order status page on the email they send to confirm won't tell you there's an issue. You have to log in to your account to see. (photos included of communication from Mac Duggal)

At this point I've emailed twice, left a voicemail for Giselle. And though they have my money, they have not responded.

My daughter doesn't have the dress she wanted for her formal.

Won't be ordering a prom dress from Mac Duggal. Beautiful dresses, Horrible service.

Very bad customer service

bought a dress at a regular price online, had to return it 2 days after I received it, return it by FedEx and sent Mac Duggal the Waybill number to get the refund, somehow I am 6 weeks after and still no refund and keep trying to reach customer service and no refund up till now. I followed everything to the letter and now I have to run for the refund. forgot to mention that the reason of the return that the color advertised online is completely different than the real color.
